One-on-one time that's entirely yours. Sometimes it may be more skills-focused, sometimes more feel-y and deeper, but oftentimes, both. I’m here to follow what you actually need and want.
[50-90 minutes] · weekly to start, can move to bi-weekly
$165 per 50 min session · $250 per 90 min session
Individual therapy
Whether you're two people or a polycule or a situationship, this is a place to be heard. We'll take a pause during the painful loops and rebuild communication that makes a relationship feel safe.
50 mins · frequency will be determined in collaboration with relationship partners
$180 per 50 min session
Couples/Relationships/Polycules
I see clients in person in Sandy Springs and by telehealth across Georgia. I'm private-pay and can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. You also have a right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost, and I'm always happy to talk money plainly.
We begin with a free 15 minute consult — a low-stakes conversation to feel each other out. No commitment, no pressure. The right fit matters, and I'd genuinely rather make sure you find the right person than be the wrong one.
