Who and What I Work With

I work with adults, individually and in relationships, including relationships more than two people.

Chances are, you're exactly who I'm here for. And if none of these fit perfectly? That's okay too. You don't have to come with a category. You just have to come as you are.

Boundaries & asking

Just so you know, it's allowed to be a whole “thing”.

You've been "fine with things" for so long that being “laid back” became your whole personality. Maybe there’s a conversation you've been putting off since 2024. Let's get you fluent in feeling like you’re allowed to want things out loud; and let’s find out that the people worth keeping around can handle hearing it.

Sex & desire

Curious, shifting, surprising desire.

Maybe desire went quiet on you, or got louder, or showed up somewhere you weren't expecting. Maybe nobody has ever asked what you want, including you. None of it is a problem to be solved. We'll just get curious about it together, gently, with no shame in the room.

Part of the BDSM or

kink community?

You're safe here.

Your wants and fantasies are not symptom, and I won't treat anything like a wound that needs explaining. I understand negotiation, consent, and aftercare as the skilled, intimate things they are. You won't spend a session defending yourself or educating me.

The eldest daughters

You're still the one who holds everyone.

Everyone leans on you and nobody thinks to ask how you're doing. Sitting down sets off an alarm. I’m here to help you allow yourself be a person with needs instead of a role that people rely on.

Perfectionists / High Achievers

You don’t have to say it right the first time.

Maybe you won't start the hobby because the first attempt won't be “good enough”. Maybe it feels hard to tell someone what you want in bed because it’s hard to work out how to say it gracefully. Underneath all of it is the same fear: being watched while you're bad at something.

So let's take that off the table. You can be a beginner in here. Fumble it, change your mind halfway through the sentence, start with "I don't know how to say this” or “I don’t know where I’m going”.

Feeling a lot of ways about your relationship(s)?

It's not bad. That's the problem.

Not bad enough to leave, not good enough to settle into, and the not-deciding is what's wearing you down. I won't tell you to stay and I won't tell you to go. I'll help you get clear enough to know your own mind.

Masking & burnout

You've been translating yourself for most of your life.

You've performed "normal" in every conversation you've ever had, including with the people who love you, including in bed. That kind of tired doesn't come from failing. It comes from translating. Let's find out who you are with the mask off, and let somebody finally meet you as you are.

LGBTQIA+ folks

Affirming, full stop.

Your identity isn't something we're here to fix. And if you're still working it out at 25, 45, 65, or 85, you're not late. You don't owe anybody a tidy origin story, either.

Those trying to explore life with community, and maybe with a little less toxic masculinity

Nobody taught you this.

You were handed one acceptable feeling and no map for the rest. Maybe there's nobody you feel like you could call at 2am. Maybe you learned somewhere that wanting means taking, so you ask for nothing and call it respect. None of that is your fault.

Polyamory and nonmonogamy

You don’t have to perform traditionally.

If you've ever sat across from a therapist who treated your relationship structure like the problem to be solved, or who needed you to explain what a metamour is… you know how exhausting that is. You deserve someone who already gets it. I won't treat jealousy as proof that something's broken, and I won't quietly assume monogamy is the healthier endpoint. I'm fluent in the language and the dynamics, so you can skip the 101 and get to what you actually came for.

Someone who has experienced trauma

I'm not here to tell you that you're "so strong” if you’re sick of hearing it.

You've heard it your whole life. You're so resilient. You handle everything so well. I don't know how you do it. And you're exhausted, because the people saying it have no idea how much it costs you.

Somewhere along the line, you learned that your needs were an inconvenience to others, so you got very good at not having any.

You're allowed to want more than just fine.
